FAQS
WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a process that helps someone progress from one place to another. This is achieved through conversation, questioning and different coaching tools/exercises to help individuals gain clarity and confidence.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL SESSION LOOK LIKE?
Each session is all about you! what we discuss is led by you and you will do the majority of the talking. My role as coach is to listen, empathise, question and challenge (where appropriate) in order to help you find answers and solutions to the issues you want to discuss.
Each session typically lasts 45-60 mins and is conducted in a friendly and relaxed environment (face to face), or remotely via Zoom. The key thing to remember is that you dictate where the conversation goes. I will make notes during our session and may give you some exercises to complete during the session, or in your own time - the purpose of these will vary depending on the issues we discuss.
WHERE DO THE SESSIONS TAKE PLACE?
We can meet face to face if you are local to Frimley Green, either at my home address, or sometimes its good to meet outside at a park and walk and talk. If face to face isn't possible we can conduct the sessions via Zoom.
WHAT ARE YOUR FEES?
The first Introductory session is completely free and after that each session is a flat rate of £55.
